A local branch of an international medical equipment manufacturer required a solution to Manage customer equipment located within Theatres or private rooms. Like many of Cognates customers, this specific customer required that the weekly sales call cycles and activities be recorded and managed. They also required the ability to manage the requests and sales quotes linked to sales opportunities. Their existing investment and the data within their existing SysPro financial solution needed to be incorporated to provide a holistic view of the customer.
